Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and our products:

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, and the content of your message.
• Product account data. If you use a Roktek product such as bizbricks, we collect the account details and business data required to provide that product, as described in the agreement covering it.
• Technical data. Our servers record standard request information — IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp — in short-lived logs used for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to your enquiries, provide and improve our products, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions for unrelated marketing.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used by a Roktek product are limited to those needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.

Service providers

We share information with a small number of providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes we specify. These currently include our hosting provider and our transactional email provider, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.

Retention

Contact form correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of it. Server logs are retained for a short period, typically no more than 30 days. Product data is retained as described in the agreement covering that product.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege administration. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information entrusted to us and will notify affected users of any breach that requires it.

Your rights

Children
